The sessions I had with Janine completely changed my life. I have had a lot of counseling in the past but nothing came close to the EMDR work that I did with Janine. It worked on such a deep level, that the anxiety which had complete control over me in the past suddenly seemed totally manageable.
Janine really is a master of her craft. It’s so important to trust who you work with, and it was immediately clear that I could trust Janine. She is incredible at what she does and I couldn’t recommend anyone else more highly, particularly when it comes to CBT and EMDR. She knows exactly what to say, at the right moment, encouraging the therapy to work in the best way possible. She is a Godsend and it was truly a privilege to be able to experience that transformative work with her.
